Many girls want to try anal sex but are afraid that "something" might happen that will embarrass them. Here are some things, that you can do before anal sex, to help you feel more prepared.
G Spot Vibrators are used as massagers mainly for women to tantalize the g-spot to realize the female orgasm.
Many people want to try anal play or anal sex, yet they are hesitant to do so. There are many reasons for their hesitation. One major concern is having "funny things" come out during anal play. Now although it is only natural to have "things" come out on the toy, or the partner's penis, this does not mean that you can't avoid it. The best thing to do is to prepare yourself for anal sex beforehand. Unlike vaginal sex, anal sex is usually better when it is planned than when it is done spontaneously, this is because the receiving partner has less things to worry about, which helps her/him to relax and enjoy the activity.
Decide, with your partner, on a date that you want to perform anal sex, or anal play, on. This will give you more time to get yourself physically ready for it. Of course, this does not mean that you cannot have spontaneous anal sex with your partner, as long as both of you are comfortable with it and have a full understanding with each another.
For those who prefer to prepare themselves for anal sex beforehand, there are many things that you can do. First, drink plenty of water daily. Water is very good, not just for anal sex but for body health in general. Drinking plenty of water is important as it can help flush out all the toxins and waste out of your system, and it also makes your poop softer. Having softer bowl movements helps when you are flushing your rectum with an anal douche. Another important thing is eating plenty of food that is rich with fiber and whole grains. You might wonder why this is important, but the fact is that fiber-rich foods are important for your intestines and bowl health. Fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grains and unroasted nuts are great examples of high fiber food. All of this helps make your poop softer, which in return makes the process of flushing out your intestines faster and smoother.
Additionally, you should flush and wash your anus from the inside before anal sex. In order to do so, you can use a rectal syringe or an "anal douche" product. Make sure to place lots of lube on the tip of the syringe and also don't force it inside, otherwise you could scratch your rectal wall which could lead to serious health problems. To avoid that, place some lube on one of your fingers, insert it inside your anus and then slide the syringe along side your finger slowly. Make sure to fill the syringe with fresh clean water (I would go with cold/semi-warm water since rectal tissue is very sensitive and you don't want to burn yourself) then, once it's inside, release the water from the syringe. Be warned: nasty stuff will come out so don't be alarmed. Do this process 4 times, and make sure to place plenty of lube every time on both your finger and the rectal syringe. The image below shows a standard anal douche that you can use to clean out your rectum.

Moreover, playing with your anus, using a finger or a toy, on a regular basis will help dilate and relax your anus. Now for the beginners out there, you have to understand that anal sex is quite different from vaginal. No matter how aroused and stimulated you will be, your anus will not dilate that much and so it will help if a couple of days before doing anal sex, you start playing and massaging your anus with your finger or a small size butt plug. This will get you in the mood and will also help your anus start relaxing and getting used to having something inside there. You can do this in the shower. Also, make sure to do this before engaging in anal sex. Foreplay and anal play is usually the best way to start preparing for anal sex, and getting both your partner and yourself aroused and in the mood. In addition, make sure you always wash your butt after you go to the bathroom. Toilet paper doesn't cut it ladies, and this is not just for anal sex but for personal hygiene in general. Make sure you wash your butt, after every time you poop, which should be a healthy once a day.
Anal sex gets better in time so be patient. As I said before, anal sex is different from regular sex, so you have to give it some time before you start enjoying it. Always make sure you are relaxed and not tensed up to ensure that you don't suffer pain, and the more times you try it the better it will be, so please ladies and gentlemen be patient and take it one step at a time.
These are my steps for getting ready for anal sex, and I hope they help as many of you out there as possible. If you have any questions please feel free to email me or place a comment below, and I will make do my best to answer your question.

Do You Let Your Kids Know You’re Getting Nooky?
So I’ve been reading a buttload of single parent blogs lately and got inspired to ask this question: Should single parents let their kids know they have sex? Penis pumps are one of the few proven methods for increasing the size of your penis. If so, to what degree would you discuss your sex life with your children, and at what age is this appropriate? Obviously, since I’m not a parent, I don’t have to worry about this any time soon, but I thought it was an interesting query. The REASON I thought it was interesting was because I struggle with how much to project myself as a sexual being to friends and family. I also think parental advice on sex is generally FUCKING TERRIBLE, and this is a problem. I know my parents didn’t teach me about the birds and bees and I had to learn via trial and error.
My take is pretty simple. We’re humans, humans are sexual creatures, and it’s okay to let others know that you’re a sexual being. In fact, it’s more than okay, it’s healthy. I talk about sex all the time with my friends (shocker right?) and I project my sexuality to a lot of my co-workers. I want people to know that I’m single, straight, and looking. Cock Rings are a kind of sex toys which give you harder and firmer erections that will last longer during the sex. With work friends, I’ll keep it humorous and light. An example would be if I’m having lunch with co-workers and I see a cute girl in the restaurant. I won’t go on and on about how much I want to bonk the girl, but I’ll point out her out. Simple.
What brought me to this Penis pumps in a real life way (ie not reading books) is that I coach a women’s sport in my free time. The athletes are college age. The athletes KNOW I’m single, so I let them know via light small comments that I find OTHER women MY AGE to be attractive. What I’ll do here is tell them that I had a date or something on Friday night (skimp on details). That communicates to the athletes that I’m off limits to them, and it also communicates that I’m a regular, healthy guy and not a purveyor of kiddie porn. In other words, it establishes a common sexual ground and at the same time sets the boundaries. The result is that everyone is comfortable with each other. Further, this helps me because the athletes feel comfortable enough to talk about their personal problems, which are often boy problems. If they’re talking to me about personal problems, I can be a more effective coach.
Back to my original question about parents letting kids know that mom and dad are doing it. Parents, would you let your kids know you have sex, and if so, at what age and to what degree? If you ARE talking to them about the bird and bees, are you teaching them anything…I mean, really teaching the down and dirty stuff? If you’re not, what are your expectations for them once they start having sex?
POST EDIT: Just thought of a few more edgy questions to get you thinking. Okay, if you’re down with teaching your kids about sex, would you teach a daughter how to properly give a blowjob? Your son how to give head? Where the g-spot is and how to stimulate it? If you don’t do this, is okay for them to learn via books or the Internet. Or porn? Hey, it wouldn’t be our blog if we didn’t push limits

How to Clean Your Adult Toys Properly
Additionally, glass dildos are also non-porous so are entirely waterproof, which not only means that they can be cooled down or warmed up using running water but also allows for them to be used in the shower, bath or even a Jacuzzi!
To give an accurate answer to this question, it all depends upon what you are looking for in an adult toy. For beginners, a small inexpensive dildo or vibrator may often be the ideal starting point as the user may or may not find that they like the experience of using sex toys. However, if the user or users enjoy using sex toys and want to continue for the foreseeable future, glass sex toys are definitely worth the investment. For a quality glass dildo prices begin at around the ??30 mark and can go up to anything as high as around ??100. However, you must take into consideration that not only are glass sex toys practically a work of art with their beautiful glass patterns but they are also intended to last a lifetime and can produce more than one type of sexual sensation. They are hypoallergenic and feel so smooth, even the ones with surface ridges and protrusions, that user's often comment on how sexy they make them feel whilst using them. Glass dildos are even strong even to be washed in the dishwasher and come out unscathed!
Glass Dildos Branch Out
Adult toys made out of glass do not just come in the form of dildos as most commonly thought. Recently glass sex toys have branched out and now come in the guise of vibrators. There are now glass adult toys available that have a vibrator fixed into the length of the glass and those that have an outer glass casing into which a slim-line vibrator can be inserted. As this vibrators is removable, it can also be used for pleasures minus the glass casing. Furthermore, there is now even a vibrating glass rabbit available that is especially curved for g-spot stimulation which comes with a cleverly located removable bullet vibe with an incredible 10 different varieties of pulsation. Now that's what you call diversity!
Glass sex toys, either with or without vibration, could be well worth the investment if you like the experience that sex toys give you.
When you finish using your adult toys, you need to spend a few minutes cleaning your them to prevent germs clustering and multiplying. The last thing you want is a trip to the hospital because you have an infection from using a dirty vibrator. That one is kind of hard to explain to your relatives who want to know why you are in the hospital!
It is quite simple to take care of your ladies sex toys, especially your vibrator. If you purchase a waterproof vibrator, it is even easier. You can simply wash your vibrator in warm water. Give it a thorough cleansing in warm, soapy water. Always finish off the cleaning with a thorough wipe over using antibacterial wipes. However, if you do not have a waterproof vibrator, you still need to get your vibrator clean.
Take a tissue and wipe off the obvious places where lubricant, jelly, or your vaginal discharge can collect on your toy. You may need several tissues to clean it. Next, use a damp cloth to wipe over the toy.
